With us you can book overnight stays in the cottage village where the forest embraces you, visit the farm shop, use the parking lot or rent an apartment in the residential building.
We are located in the middle of Skåne right by Lake Västra Ringsjön.
It may look like central Skåne, but the feeling at Ormanäs is that you are somewhere else.
Far away from everything centralized means.
Take a deep breath and take in the view of the lake, the land, the light and the dark.
We are here for both the short break and the long break.

OUR SURROUNDINGS
The surroundings of Ormanäs by Lake Västra Ringsjön offer peaceful forests, open meadows and scenic forest trails.
There is room for relaxation and outdoor life in a genuine Scanian natural environment.

LOCATION
Ormanäsgården is situated in a scenic location by Lake Västra Ringsjön, in central Skåne, making it easily accessible from different parts of the region.
A stone’s throw away on the other side of the track is the cottage village.
No matter how you visit us, everything we offer is close by.
ACCOMMODATION
The farm offers different types of accommodation.
A parking lot for motorhomes, an apartment for holiday accommodation and cottages in our cottage village, a short distance from Ormanäsgården.
At Ormanäsgården itself, we are currently building two more of a total of four modern cabins for up to six people.
HISTORY
Around the turn of the last century, Malmö Spårvägar began planning its own vacation paradise.
They wanted to offer their employees some time off to spend with their families.
They ran Ormanäs Semesterby, as it was called until the late 90s.
Each cottage open to summer residents has been carefully restored.
THE ANIMALS AT ORMANÄS
Ormanäsgården is a farm with a coastal meadow kept naturally open by grazing sheep.
Small-scale lamb farming is practiced here.
In the farm shop, you will find home-produced lamb meat and furs.
OUR SITE

We have a spacious and easily accessible parking lot with space for up to 10 motorhomes right next to the road overlooking Västa Ringsjön.
