The store opened in November 2022 and has quickly become a place for those who appreciate locally produced and sustainable meat. We have a wide selection of cuts where you can choose from everything from boneless roast, lamb fillet to stew pieces, chops, racks and much more. Most often you can also find our processed lamb products such as smoked lamb sausage and hot smoked lamb fiddle. For the barbecue enthusiast, we always have barbecue sausages and lamb burgers in the freezer. We have wonderful lamb shanks and sheep shanks in different colors and textures – each shank is unique and prepared in Sweden.

We also sell many other locally produced products, such as KRAV-labeled beef from our neighbors at Fairyhills Gård, honey, candles, spices, Swedish ceramics and ice cream.
The range varies over the seasons and the store’s shelves are always full.
